Liaison Agent

Audi St-Laurent is looking for a bodyshop Liaison Agent to join its team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Greeting customers;
- Opening and closing workorders;
- Communicating with clients and with different insurance companies;
- Preparing courtesy vehicle contracts;
- Carrying out any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- One (1) year of experience in a related position;
- Knowledge of Serti system (an asset).
