Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and welcoming person to ensure the handover of purchased vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for explaining how the vehicle works, checking that everything is in order, completing documentation for the handover and ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience.

Profile:

- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Organized and meticulous;
- Basic knowledge of vehicles (desirable);
- Ability to answer customer questions patiently and professionally;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Available for a schedule that may include evenings until 8 p.m. and Saturdays.
