Here's what you'll deliver:
- Inspect and approve repairs of vehicles and process all paperwork for repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles go through a complete reconditioning process to assure consistency.
- Provide high-quality reconditioning that minimizes comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Inspect vehicles for body damage and dispatching vehicles to the Body Shop where necessary.
- Dispatch vehicles for the Clean-up department.
- Schedule appointments with windshield, tint and accessory installers.
- Prepare work orders for all the work completed.
- Manage the inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
- Provide support, supervision and overall leadership to the dealership's detailers.
- Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching and performance management.
- Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
- Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the customer experience through high quality repairs and building customer relationships.
- Monitor the operating budget by tracking sales and expenses.
- Promote service safety and security procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry is required.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Experience in detailing vehicles using professional chemicals.
- Ability to utilize power tools while maintaining safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, commission and bonus earnings***
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 (salary + bonus)
