What we expect of you:

- Search, evaluate and purchase between 400 and 500 vehicles per year
- Negotiate prices and purchase conditions with various suppliers
- Inspect vehicles to ensure quality
- Develop and maintain a good network of contacts (auctions, sellers, brokers, etc.)
- Monitor market trends to adjust purchasing strategies
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to keep our inventory relevant and efficient.

What you need to succeed:

- Experience in buying or selling used vehicles (non-negotiable)
- Good knowledge of makes, models and pricing trends
- Strong negotiating and analytical skills
- Autonomous, initiative and quick decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French. Functional English for exchanges with certain suppliers (not mandatory, but recommended)
