Honda Boucherville is looking for a Renewal Manager - Customer Development Profile

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle rentals and sales, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Master and closely monitor all the manufacturer's leasing and sales programs and promotions.
- Anticipate and prepare for future transactions by analyzing leasing and sales contracts, including those of after-sales customers.
- Take charge of orphan customer contracts and manage their renewal.
- Maintain a detailed log of all rental and renewal transactions.
- Compile and analyze statistical reports such as sales/rental ratio, renewal rate and customer loyalty.
- Ensure that sales advisors follow the complete renewal process and contact customers at the appropriate times.
- Promptly process all lease requests, including net residual balances, and immediately contact the customers concerned.
- Oversee and organize lease returns and buybacks.

Salary: 120K to 150K per year.
