Service Advisor - Laval

Salary: annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000, depending on your performance.

Brief job description:

You will greet customers and gather information to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You'll also have to sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service.

Job requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (Service Advisor);
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Sales skills;
- Focus on customer service excellence;
- Class 5 driver's licence (essential).
