Financial & Insurance Manager

St-Jérôme Chrysler, part of Groupe Carbur in the Laurentians, is looking for two (2) Financial & Insurance Managers - F&I (including one to replace a maternity leave) who want to work with a motivated, high-performance team!

Schedule:

- Full-time - permanent;
- 5-day schedule;
- Available days, evenings and Saturdays.

Salary and benefits:

- Salary of $200,000 or more per year, including commissions and bonuses;

Your main tasks:

- Sell financing and insurance, various coverages and extended warranties;
- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
- Negotiate with financial institutions in the event of refusal, if necessary submitting the file to his/her superior for negotiation of special conditions;
- Collaborate with sales managers to achieve a reasonable profit on each sale;
- Ensure the accuracy of the information on the sales or leasing contract (taxes, signatures, vehicle descriptions, etc.).

Requirements:

- Provide courteous and professional service to each customer;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team and performing other related tasks;
- Demonstrate honesty and professionalism;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Strong will to succeed and achieve objectives;
- Excellent knowledge of Activix and PBS (an asset).
