As an Automotive Detail Lead , you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards for display and delivery to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards to exceed our customer's expectations!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 
 

• Monitor and manage the shop workflow in the absence of the Auto Spa Manager
• Provide coaching and support to the detail team while working alongside everyone, keeping morale positive
• Assist the Auto Spa Manager with scheduling and team organization as directed
• Communicate with internal and external customers to help fulfill their needs
• Clean and detail vehicles according to dealership standards, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any areas that require further attention
• Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
• Assist with vehicle inventory management, including organizing and maintaining the appearance of the lot
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• Prior experience in automotive detailing is preferred
• Must be available Tuesday to Saturday, and Thursdays until 8:00 pm (summer hours)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgment
