What You'll Be Doing
 

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates
• Communicate directly with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process
• Review estimates with adjusters to obtain repair approvals
• Create work orders using estimating software
• Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure alignment and clarity on repairs
• Ensure customers understand insurance processes and any deductibles
• Stay current with OEM repair procedures, industry guidelines, and DRP expectations

What You Bring to the Team
 

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
