As a Quick Service Supervisor, you play a crucial role in keeping our customers safe on the road while maintaining positive relationships that keep customers coming back for all their automotive needs. With your technician team, you ensure each vehicle is completed as per GM processes, recommend and educate about service offerings, and keep operations moving smoothly.

What You Will Do
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Quick Service Technicians to perform services in a professional manner with expert customer service
- Ensure all work orders are completed accurately
- Ensure all vehicles receive full inspection and recommendations are provided for other services
- Perform quality control checks and follow up with technicians to ensure feedback is provided for their learning
- Ensure shop safety measures are communicated and followed
- Monitor and communicate staffing needs and scheduling changes
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
- Address customer concerns in a professional, timely manner
- Monitor and suggest changes for operational efficiency to meet or exceed department goals
- Manage department inventory levels
- Stay up to date with automotive trends and advancements
- Provide support to other service operations as needed
