Job description
Are you passionate about premium automotive brands? Do you have a strong background in automotive parts and customer service?
Join our dynamic Alfa Romeo dealership team as a Parts Advisor and become a key part of delivering the iconic Alfa Romeo experience!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers (retail and internal service department) in selecting the right parts and accessories.
- Accurately locate and order parts using electronic parts catalogs and inventory systems.
- Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Manage parts inventory, receiving, and stocking.
- Process parts invoices and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Support promotions, special sales, and parts marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership (luxury brand experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems (CDK, Serti, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Billingual
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
