POSITION IN DEMAND: SERVICE ADVISOR.

Main tasks:
- Greet customers in the after-sales service department and identify their needs;
- Open, track and close repair orders;
- Explain the work to be carried out and the associated costs;
- Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the workshop;
- Follow up repairs and inform customers of progress;
- Help manage appointments and optimize the schedule;
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the after-sales service department.
Profile:
- Experience in customer service or in the automotive mechanical field (an asset);
- Customer service skills and team spirit;
- Dynamic, professional, punctual, mature and detail-oriented.
