Due to an increase in traffic, one of our dealerships is currently looking for a Service Manager with experience in the field to join its team.
Main duties:
- Set and monitor departmental objectives;
- Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Know and apply manufacturer's warranty terms and policies;
- Maintain high-quality repair service and reduce workshop returns;
- Deal with customer complaints as quickly as possible;
- Determine work methods based on results to be achieved and available human and material resources.
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar position;
- People management skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- Good leadership and management skills;
- Interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Focus on customer service and results.
- Knowledge of the Serti system
We offer a salary commensurate with your performance (easily reaching $125,000 and more).
