Brief job description:

In your position, you'll sell used vehicles, and replace the Sales Manager when he's absent. You will act as a coach, mobilizing and supporting the entire team, conducting “T.O.'s” with each customer before they leave the dealership to increase customer satisfaction, and working in collaboration with the current Sales Manager to maximize all sales opportunities. You'll also be responsible for handling dealership exchanges from time to time, ensuring that the CRM is up to date, and performing any other tasks requested.

Our requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the automotive field;
- Bilingualism;
- Closer and good leadership skills;
- Management experience;
- Customer service, results and teamwork oriented;
- Very good computer skills (Merlin and Activix are major assets);
- Valid driver's licence.
