Job description
Mazda de Boucherville, a major automotive dealership in full expansion on the South Shore of Montreal, is currently looking for a Service Department Manager. Are you passionate, dynamic and have good aptitudes for personnel management and continuous improvement? Come be part of our team!
Main tasks - you will:
- Perform complete management of the service department in collaboration with the general manager;
- Manage human resources and plan workforce needs (recruitment, training and coaching);
- Set and follow up on departmental objectives;
- Set and follow up on departmental objectives; Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service;
- Implement work methods and structures to provide quality customer service and increased profitability;
- Ensure that health and safety standards are applied in the workplace.
Job requirements:
- Experience as a Service Manager;
- Ability to manage people;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Good leadership skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good leadership skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to adapt;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset)
- Customer service and results oriented.
