BDC Representative - Be the Voice of Excitement at Downtown AutoGroup

Here's what you'll be doing

As our BDC Representative, you'll be the voice of Downtown AutoGroup, creating stellar first impressions and turning inquiries into opportunities. You'll blend your communication prowess with your passion for automotive excellence, ensuring every interaction leaves our guests eager to visit us in person.

Your exciting role will involve:
 

  • Fielding inbound calls and online inquiries with enthusiasm, transforming each contact into a potential visit
  • Proactively reaching out to prospective guests, reigniting their interest in ensuring their vehicle is ready for everything life throws at them
  • Masterfully managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Collaborating closely with our service teams, setting them up for success with well-prepared, excited guests
  • Continuously learning about our brands and promotions to provide accurate, enticing information

You need these qualifications
 

  • You have a proven track record of excellence in customer service or sales, preferably in a phone or online communication role
  • Your communication skills are second to none, allowing you to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • You're comfortable with technology and can navigate CRM systems with ease
  • You have a natural ability to listen actively and ask the right questions to understand customer needs
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

It would be nice if
 

  • You have experience in or knowledge of the automotive industry
  • You're multilingual, reflecting the diverse community we serve
  • You have a personal interest in cars that you can channel into your conversations

Compensation range expected to start at $40,000 per year, plus performance incentives.
