Bannister's Ford Edson is a well-established Ford dealership committed to delivering exceptional automotive experiences to our customers! We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. To enhance our team, we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join us as an Automotive Detailer.

As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles in our inventory and ensuring that customers receive their vehicles in pristine condition.

What We Offer:
 

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (with occasional days going until 6pm)
• Wage: $19-$22/Hour (Experience dependent)

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and interior cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any areas that require additional attention.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.
• Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and exterior surfaces.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents and solutions to remove stains and blemishes.
• Inspect and maintain detailing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize vehicle detailing based on dealership needs.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with other duties as needed within the dealership.

Qualifications:
 

• Previous experience as an Automotive Detailer preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
