Right now we are looking to hire a Shophand - Fleet & Rentals to join our Supply Chain team, based out of our Grande Prairie office.
As our Shophand you will be responsible to:
- Complete pick-up and delivery of tools and fleet vehicles
- Conduct sign in/out of tools and fleet
- Prepare company trucks for work, including cleaning, setting up tools and placing decals
- Prepare fleet and rental orders for shipments to other branches or projects
- Tag new equipment with CDN tags for tracking and identification purposes
- Participate in branch to branch asset audits
- Perform hotshots as required
- Participate in the Valleyview run schedule as required
- Assist with the set-up of monthly safety meetings
- Complete regular shop, forklift and truck inspections
- Conduct general shop maintenance and cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications required:
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver's license and clean Drivers Abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Steel toed work boots
- Fork Lift ticket
