Overview
Fountain Tire High River (720 - 11 Avenue SE) is looking for a responsible, safe and dedicated associate to join our team as a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Automotive Service Technician!
Compensation: $20 - $32/hour based on experience.
What each day will bring:
- Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on
- You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing passenger or light truck tires/wheels
- Everything from tire work to general maintenance to diagnostics to repairs, you'll see it all

What kind of person are we looking for?
- A registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice
- 2nd year apprentice required or up with mechanical hands-on experience
- Experience in doing alignments, A/C recharges, oil changes and maintenance is considered an asset
- Someone who is always willing to learn and try new things
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
- Able to mount and balance tires of different sizes
- Skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service and repair
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience and strong awareness of working in a safety-focused environment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong personal commitment to health and safety
- Team player who is professional, organized, and flexible on weekends or possible overtime
