Performance Collision Brampton is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their dynamic team!

Here's what you'll deliver:

 

  • Coordinate service appointments including answering service calls in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate insurance calls in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate vehicle intake and delivery.
  • Remind customers of set appointments via telephone, email or text.
  • Provide general and administrative support to the Body Shop.
  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
  • Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management


What you need to succeed:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail will be required.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Prolific with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge,experience and bonus***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (salary + bonus)
