Position: Bodyshop Administrator

Location: Surrey, BC

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Type: Part Time 

Hours of work: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

First Truck Centre, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, has an exciting opening for a part time Bodyshop Administrator at our Surrey BC dealership. The Bodyshop Administrator will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies. Be a part of a team that takes trucking to the next level of quality and professionalism. 

Compensation Plan 
 

• Attractive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $20-$22 / hr. (D.O.E)

Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Redirect, answer and return phone calls during office hours
• Greet clients in person, telephone and via email
• Maintain and book phone appointments for customer estimates
• Create and send estimates to ICBC and collect necessary invoices for claims
• Create, open and close completed work orders to process and close correctly for Accounts Payable
• Assist with New Truck / Bus Sales warranty claims
• Collect payments for all completed units

Required Qualifications 
 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
• Previous experience with ICBC claims is an asset
• Previous / related experience working in a dealership, preferably within Bodyshop or service department is an asset.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
