We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join ourKelowna, BC Dealershipas a Shipper and Receiver.This is a Part Time, 20 hours /per week position.

Shipper & Receiver is primarily responsible for sending and receiving packages from internal and external sources.

JOB DUTIES:

 

• Control shipping and receiving of parts and accessories
• Advise management on parts/accessory inventory levels
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Inventory counts and deal direct with Fixed Operations Manager regarding inventory status
• Communicate with staff or departments when packages arrive
• Storing and organizing packages until delivered or picked up
• Writing waybills
• Communicating with transportation companies
• Packaging parcels for transportation
• Assist with customer service as needed, including but not limited to counter sales, warranty and responding to customer requests by phone
• Stock shelves
• Some Warranty work, training will be provided
• Any other items, as directed by the Fixed Ops Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License
• Training will be provided but warehouse experience and asset and preferred
• Minimal parts knowledge an asset

Wages-$20-$24/hr based on experience.
