Your Role

As a Valet/Concierge, you are the face of Downtown AutoGroup to during key moments in our guests' service experience. Primarily, you'll be responsible for delivering courtesy vehicles to our guests and then safely bring their vehicles back for service. Every interaction is an opportunity to provide our guests with an exceptional, seamless expereince.

Key Qualifications
 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong orientation to punctuality and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Toronto's roadways and neighborhoods.
• Ability to operate a range of vehicle models safely.
• Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Problem-solving skills, especially in unexpected traffic or scheduling changes.
• Physical ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.
