You will play a key role in curating the Reconditioning Process for our dealership and valued future customers, working closely with our Fixed Operations team to bring this to fruition.

Your Day to Day: 
 

  • Cosmetically inspect vehicles, recording notes on areas of concern.
  • Prepare work orders for the shop, prepare parts and labour quotes based on requirements and recommendations from certified technician's
    (including in-depth information about available aftermarket & OEM part options)
  • Populate vehicle tracker in real-time for visibility for all departments and staff.
  • Organize, schedule and co-ordinate Sublet work needed by outside vendors.
  • Support our Parts and Service Department where necessary as directed and cross trained by Leadership, based off staffing and workload.


What You Bring to the Table: 
 

  • Minimum 1 year automotive Service Advisor and or Parts Advisor experience required
  • High level of comprehension and retention
  • Above average computer skills
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with the warranty function in a dealership environment is helpful
  • A valid Province driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission is required for this role
