What your role will be...

Manager, Pricing & Business Management Analytics -- Automotive Finance 

Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON

What you will be doing...
 

• Leads all pricing activities related to the non-subvented portfolio and supports analysis on the subvented and individual OEM book of business.
• Proactively provides insights and recommendations related to all in-market pricing programs.
• Provides support with product launches across Auto, RV and Marine portfolios including product strategy and pricing.
• Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Assists the Senior Manager in implementing key risk management initiatives in collaboration with Risk partners.
• Supports Sales team across Canada as well as the Relationship Managers within the Manufacturer Partnerships Team with sales events, quarterly business reviews with partners and any ad hoc business-related problems or opportunities that have been identified.
• Ensures all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What you need to succeed...
 

• 3+ years of Product management experience in banking
• 3+ years of working with data, analytics, business development and enterprise sales analysis
• Skilled in reviewing data and developing recommendations (qualitative/quantitative data to drive desired behaviour)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry considered an asset
• In-depth knowledge of business-related computer software specifically Tableau and Power BI considered an asset
• MBA/ Masters in Finance/CFA/CPA considered an asset
