• Experience: Prior experience as a Dealership or Aftermarket Parts Advisor is essential.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive parts, their functions, and compatibility.
• Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
• Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract is required.
• Preferred: Experience with CDK systems.
