You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers and work closely with our Fixed Operations to bring this to fruition.

Your Day to Day: 
 

  • Greet customers in service and establish rapport
  • Create quotes and work orders for repairs
  • Consult with technicians regarding repairs/maintenance & provide options to customers including in-depth information about available aftermarket & OEM part options
  • Work with parts department to determine parts availability and scheduling of future appointments
  • Monitor Automotive Technician parts requests and provide quotes to Service Advisors
  • Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings


What You Bring to the Table: 
 

  • Minimum 1 year + automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with the warranty function in a dealership environment is helpful
  • A valid (Province) driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission is required for this role
  • Experience with German/European engineering is helpful but not mandatory
