A suitable candidate will have:
 

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
  • General Motors experience is a huge asset.
  • CSI is your jam - Making customers happy is paramount for our continued growth.
  • Mentorship, development, and motivation are the three hats you wear proudly.
  • Profits speak louder than words. You dream of ways to maximize profitability for the department and increase sales in service.
  • Management comes second nature! Managing service techs, detailers, service advisors and more is your idea of a great day.
  • Relationship building is as easy as A, B, C. Build and maintain relationships with customers, employees and manufacturers.
  • Tekion experience? AMAZING! But also other system experience is an asset. 


Qualifications:
 

  • Previous Automotive Management Experience is an Asset
  • Operating inventory systems is an asset
