Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support:
 

• Engage with customers to assist in selecting the perfect automotive parts and to understand their vehicle service needs.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
• Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and the benefits of routine vehicle care.

Order & Service Management:
 

• Efficiently handle parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians, keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status.
• Offer additional services and promotions to maximize customer value through relevant up-selling.

Requirements:
 

• Experience: Prior experience as a Dealership or Aftermarket Parts Advisor or Service Advisor is essential.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive parts, services, and maintenance practices.
• Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract is required.
• Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
• Preferred: Experience with CDK systems.
