AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their fantastic team!
Job Purpose
The Collision Centre Administrator accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides basic information to callers. The incumbent will have front-line contact with the public and must represent the body shop in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
- Take detailed messages, including the caller's first and last name, company name if applicable, the time, and the message the caller wishes to leave.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
- Prepare and update customer files.
- Obtain customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
- Close repair orders.
- Ensure personal protective equipment is worn at all times when entering the shop.
- Perform clerical and administrative and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Experience working in a Body Shop.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
- Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
- Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism.
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
