Colonial Honda is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team!

As the Finance and Insurance Manager at Colonial Honda, you will play a key role in assisting customers with securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of lending options are essential for success in this position. Your primary objective is to guide customers in making well-informed financial decisions.

Wage Range: 100% Commission - Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Be a liaison between our lenders and our clients, ensuring our client's automotive financing needs are met.
  • Process lease and finance deals in a timely manner in accordance with lending institutions and manufacturers.
  • Advise clients of insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their experience.
  • Provide the sales team with up-to-date training on programs, options and products.
  • Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • Some managerial duties, as required.


Requirements:

 

  • A proven sales background.
  • Experience in sales and financing in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles related to prime, subprime, and other non-traditional finance.
  • Ability to read credit bureau reports.
  • Excellent client service skills.
