Service Coordinator - RV Dealership

Service Coordinator 

Our company has an opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven Service Coordinator. We are looking for a qualified and responsible individual to fill our Full-Time Position. Must be efficient reliable, organized, work well with others and have good phone manners.

Job Responsibilities
 

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Responsible for efficient and knowledgeable appointment scheduling
• Appointment confirmation and next day appointment reminder phone calls
• Updating the database with appointment cancellations
• Balancing the Service Department's appointment calendar by working with Service Writers
• Responsible for creating and updating customer IDS electric profiles (phone numbers, address, email, etc.)
• Any other items as directed by the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager

Schedule
 

• The Service Coordinator position is a full-time role, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm
