AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre is currently looking for a Body Shop Estimatorto join their fantastic team!

Job Purpose

The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.

Responsibilities 
 

  • Analyze Collision repair damage
  • Assess structural components of a vehicle
  • Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
  • Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
  • Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
  • Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
  • Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.


Qualifications 

 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or automotive position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex
