Located in Downtown Toronto (near the Disitillery District) our Volvo of Toronto Dealership is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the sales of all Pre-Owned vehicles, the profitability of the department and will assume responsibility for evaluating, purchasing, reconditioning, displaying and marketing the Pre-Owned vehicle inventory.
Core Accountabilities
- Prepare monthly and annual department objectives for the sales, gross turnover and expenses of the Pre-Owned sales department.
- Follow up on all potential buyers, by creating, implementing and closely monitoring a customer search and sales control system.
- Provide his/her supervisor with exact information on management of floor activities, on a daily basis.
- Manage the marketing and advertising activities.
- Complete transaction sheets and forwards them to accounting.
- Establish and maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers.
- Process the Sales Consultants commission sheets.
- Evaluate incoming Pre-Owned vehicles, ensuring that title of ownership and mechanical condition and bodywork are all in order.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous management experience in the automotive industry
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Clear Driver's Abstract
- Valid OMVIC registration
- Strong business acumen
- Professional appearance
