Description
IT Business Analyst
The IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to discuss, document, validate business operation requirements on new development and improve business processes using BA technology. The position must deliver the Business Requirement Document (BRD) to the development team that includes process design, business rules, or other detailed deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate system and business impact
- Prepare and change functional specifications to the development team
- Prioritize business requirements and escalate through reporting line
- Identify user requirement for system and business enhancement
- Manage a project's scope, documentation, UAT, and deployment
- Test for quality management and support business users UAT (user acceptance test)
- Manage system accounts (user and dealer) and regular report process
- Daily user support, system operation and monitoring
- Provide on-call and off-site support for operational systems when necessary
- Create and manage ITSM/IT HelpDesk ticket for IT related issues
- HQ and KPMG audit process support and management
Requirements
Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required
- University / College degree or diploma in IT
- 1 - 3 years work experience in project management or as a business/system analyst
- Thorough understanding of SAP, BW, Web systems, Data Interface and M365 applications (especially SharePoint)
- Excellent documentation, organization, time management, risk management and communication skills
- Flexible and open to change
- Customer service skills
- Automotive industry experience (an asset)
