Lease Manager
Honda of Thornhill, Thornhill, ON L4J1A1

We're looking for a Lease Manager to join our team at Honda Thornhill and take charge of leasing services and renewals, while driving customer retention and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As the Lease Manager, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with clients and guiding them through their leasing journey. You'll have the opportunity to work with a robust client database to promote and sell cash, lease, and finance renewals, all while maintaining a positive and customer-focused retail environment.
- Promote & Sell: Actively engage clients through Service Department Databases, Auto Alert, and portfolio management tools to promote leasing and renewal opportunities.
- Customer Education: Provide customers with clear, thorough explanations of leasing options, aftermarket products, and extended warranties.
- Coordinate & Organize: Monitor appointments and manage customer account information using One-Eighty, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Build Relationships: Focus on client retention through thoughtful communication and timely follow-ups on leasing services and renewals.
- Administration: Complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new products, services, and features, ensuring customers have the most up-to-date information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC License
- 2-5 years of experience in similar capacity and/or administration is required.
- One-Eighty and CDK experience is required.
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
