Here's what you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring that lease customers experience a smooth and satisfying end-of-lease process while contributing directly to the dealership's growth and success. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the lease-end journey, presenting options for lease renewal, purchase, or upgrade, and enhancing their overall satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service departments, you'll develop retention strategies, build strong relationships, and provide expert advice to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their lease-end options and feel valued by our company. You'll play a key role in ensuring that lease customers experience a smooth and satisfying end-of-lease process while contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

You need these qualifications
 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, lease renewal, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills: Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Automotive Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive leases, financing options, and end-of-lease procedures.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You must hold a valid OMVIC License
  • You hold a valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record


It would be nice if
 

  • You have experience in luxury or high-end retail sales
  • You're fluent in multiple languages, reflecting the diversity of our community
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
