Parts and Production Coordinator

Responsibilities
 

• Improve cycle time and work processes.
• Prepare production schedules and administer production meetings.
• Monitor progress of work, alert managers of potential delays or issues
• Reviewing damage before, during and after disassembly processes
• Damage Analysis and Repair Planning activities
• Order, receive and invoice parts and materials using industry specific software
• Delivering parts to technicians, vehicles, or part carts
• Adjusting inventory levels, and counting each month end
• Follow-up on parts orders
• Manage parts organization at the facility.
• Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status
• Update Estimates with price changes and additional parts

Requirements
 

• Automotive knowledge/background
• Production coordination experience in an autobody shop environment
• Inventory and Materials Management experience
• Parts management experience
• Comfortable multi-tasking on different ordering portals and systems
• Willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities
• Outstanding work references
