What will you do?
- Place factory orders within 48 hours utilizing on-line or complete manufacturers worksheet and input order in DCS/Website and retrieve manufacturer order acknowledgements daily
- Assign delivering dealers for factory orders
- Audit clients back up and factory orders
- Manage vehicle ship thru or ship to
- Assist in concession applications
- Manage order changes or cancellations
- Manage FleetTrak processes (order discrepancies, price negotiations etc)
- Maintain manufacturers order guides and communicate bulletins to Sales Team
- Negotiate dealer mark ups
- Issue, revise and pay upfit quotations
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience preferred.
- Understanding of the dealership environment, challenges and processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient and accurate data-entry skills
- Flexibility to multitask and manage high business volume in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on prioritization.
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Follow internal processes to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Work cooperatively with internal and external parties related to vehicle
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $50,650.00 - $73,445.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
