CARFAX is seeking 3-4 enthusiastic Temporary Office Assistants to support our annual team appreciation event. This short-term role is essential for the smooth setup, execution, and takedown of our event, ensuring a positive experience for our team.

Note: This is a temporary, five-day position specifically dedicated to event support and administrative assistance. The dates are 1/28/2025 - 2/1/2025.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Move boxes and set up event materials.
• Alphabetize, sort, and pack gift packages.
• Assist with the transportation of items between venues.
• Ensure efficient event setup and takedown.

Requirements:
 

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in kitting is required.
• Availability to work for the full five-day duration.
