Bannister Collision and Glass Kelowna (Bannister Cadillac Buick GMC Ltd) is looking to add to our team, we are seeking a Bodyshop Collision Estimator to be a part of our customer focused repair team! If you are a top performer in this field (estimator and/or technician/other frontend employee looking to transition to estimating) and you have a "can do" attitude, come and be part of the growing family owned Bannister Automotive Group, with locations throughout B.C. and Alberta.

Position Description:
 

  • Estimating collision damages for all insurance companies and private persons, supplement submissions with back up photo-documentation
  • Parts identification, research and ordering
  • Performing quality control checks
  • Interacting with customers, vendors, insurance companies and business partners
  • Working and communicating with production, parts and administrative staff
  • Assisting and educating our customers in making decisions that are in their best interests, with regard to their vehicle repairs


Qualifications:
 

  • A positive and outgoing attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Technical knowledge/experience and a solid understanding of the collision repair process.
  • Knowledge of Mitchell Connect & Audatex estimating systems
  • An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with our insurance partners, vendors and business partners.
  • A team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Ambition, integrity and strong work ethic are top priorities in our team
  • The ability to prioritize a large work load and manage time efficiently. A valid B.C. drivers licence with a clean abstract
  • Dedication and drive to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service
