Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Qualifications:
 

  • 2-3 years automotive sales experience, finance (F&I) background would be an asset
  • 1-2 years' experience managing, coaching, and leading teams is a strong asset
  • Motivated and determined to drive themselves and their team to be better with every interaction
  • Valid Driver's License
  • A passion for customer service and interacting with guests
  • Other languages spoken considered an asset

We have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager at Crown Honda, located at 2610 McPhillips Street.

Crown Honda has a goal of making car ownership easy- one of the ways we do that is to provide a one-price experience to save customers the time and effort of negotiation, so they get the best value up front. We focus on quick and easy communication with much done through text and video!

What you'll do:
 

  • Hire, train, motivate, coach, and manage all salespeople on the team, focusing on achieving repeat and referral business
  • Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible and interact with customers at all steps of the sales process
  • Ensure the sales team is providing the best customer experience and are following all processes
  • Perform manager sold and unsold follow-up on all customers and potential buyers. Monitor team's follows up on all potential buyers
  • Review performance metrics via documented weekly one on one meetings with team members. Daily coaching with all Product Advisors
  • Coordinate and deliver in store training
  • Create a positive sales and team culture for the team focusing on employee retention
  • Perform appraisals using company approved software and process
