Qualifications:
- 2-3 years automotive sales experience, with a strong preference for those with a finance (F&I) background
- 1-2 years' experience managing, coaching, and leading teams is a strong asset
- Motivated and determined to drive themselves and their team to be better with every interaction
- Valid Driver's License
- A passion for customer service and interacting with guests
- Other languages spoken considered an asset

We have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager at Crown Nissan, located in the Waverley Auto Mall.
Crown Nissan has a goal of making car ownership easy- one of the ways we do that is to provide a one-price experience to save customers the time and effort of negotiation, so they get the best value up front. We have a one-point contact for all of our sales interactions. We focus on quick and easy communication with much done through text and video!
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, developing and coaching a team of Product Advisors and driving them to achieve sales goals. They will interact with all customers and their sales team to ensure a great vehicle presentation and selection, a catered payment and F&I menu presentation and answer customer questions.
What you'll do:
- Hire, train, motivate, coach, and manage all salespeople on the team, focusing on achieving repeat and referral business.
- Ensures that you greet each customer as quickly as possible and interact with customers at all steps of the sales and F&I process.
- Ensure the sales team is providing the best customer experience and are following all processes.
- Perform manager sold and unsold follow up on all customers and potential buyers. Monitor team's follows up on all potential buyers.
- Verify that each customer receives a proper F&I menu and train and coach each Product Advisor on achieving store-specific F&I penetration goals
- Oversee Product Advisor to ensure all paperwork is explained, funds collected and all customers inquiries are answered
- Review performance metrics via documented weekly one on one meetings with team members. Daily coaching with all Product Advisors
- Coordinate and deliver in store training.
- Create a positive sales and team culture for the team focusing on employee retention.
- Perform appraisals using company approved software and process.
