Located at 70 Coachworks Crescent in the new Mayfield Automall in North Brampton, boasting at almost 18,000 square feet, Genesis Brampton is the first standalone Genesis showroom in Ontario! 

Genesis Brampton is looking for a Genesis Personalization Manager to join their fantastic team!

Here's what you'll deliver:

 

  • Track new leads and conversion rates
  • Capture Guest contact and vehicle information accurately
  • Acquire credit approvals.
  • Act as liaison between guests and the financial institution by obtaining confirmation of financing, insurance, licensing and other personal information for guests
  • Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information provided by guests
  • Fund the vehicle lease or purchase
  • Coordinate the appraisal of trade-in vehicles
  • Communicate with insurance and other third-party suppliers
  • Monitor and provide ongoing program updates to the team
  • Provide up-to-date leasing and financing options
  • When requested, provide expert support, information, and recommendations related to protection and appearance products and accessories
  • Ensure the final bill of sale is complete and accurate
  • Complete all required paperwork with guests in order to complete the transaction
  • Upload/deposit Guest cheques
  • Update and monitor key performance indicator reports for distribution to the team and senior management
  • Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information
  • Assess the changes in financial regulations and legislation, in order to stay up-to-date on the current changes
  • Advise Sales Consultants on how to obtain higher gross sales in the future
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Management and give updates on current performance status along with current areas of opportunity
  • Train Sales Consultants on finance, insurance, and protection products
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to schedule delivery dates, as well as the pre-delivery clean-up services


What you need to succeed:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an automotive or financial services environment
  • OMVIC Certification required
  • Dealer CRM system experience is preferred
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
  • Knowledge of financial institutions, insurance policies, and warranty options
  • Ability to read, understand, and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Solid conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Strong problem-identification and problem-resolution skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Personable, reliable, courteous
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, commission and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per year (combination of base, commission and bonus)
