We are looking for a Refinish Support Specialist to join our Coatings team in Toronto, ON.

BASF's Coatings division offers innovative and ecologically viable solutions for the automotive industry, including both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and refinish markets, as well as surface treatment solutions for a variety of markets.

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Refinish Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of color specifications for our products.

As a Refinish Support Specialist, you create chemistry by...

 

• Preparing samples, spraying, and scanning panels necessary for the color database to ensure precise color matching and application.
• Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, particularly in color matching, which is critical in the automotive and coatings industries.
• Utilizing exceptional color vision to work with precise color specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
• Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being.

If you have...

 

• A secondary School Diploma.
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in spraying with BASF coatings.
• Good computer skills to manage the software aspects of the job.
• The ability to work independently, showcasing strong work ethics and meticulous attention to detail.
