As a key member of the New Car Sales Team and reporting directly to the New Car Sales Manager, you will work with a motivated and supportive team of professionals in an established Dealership representing a world class leader with respect to automotive Manufacturing, Sales and Service Excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly adaptable person looking for a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.
The Internet Sales Representative works directly with e-commerce leads in achieving sales departmental goals. This role generates physical appointments for the New Car Sales Department, while utilizing an online presence and increasing online and digital market share for the dealership.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Proactively engage customers through outbound calls, internet leads, and cold calls to schedule appointments and promote sales.
- Match customers with Product Advisors based on their needs and expectations, building strong relationships through effective communication.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, SMS, and other digital channels while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including finance options, promotions, and industry trends, to guide customers effectively.
- Overcome objections and negotiate win-win outcomes to complete vehicle sales professionally.
- Achieve sales targets by analyzing performance metrics and optimizing time management.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to track and follow up on leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about inventory to provide customers with optimal choices and improve turnover.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and ensuring positive interactions.
- Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, while demonstrating self-motivation and goal orientation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred candidates will possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive sales role
- Knowledge of Toyota or similar brand preferred
- Possess a valid AMVIC license
- Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, PBS, and vAuto preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- A passion for customer service and Automobiles
- Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer
