Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact in the world of RV sales and service? At Fraserway RV, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Parts Department and drive success through exceptional leadership and customer service.

What You'll Do:

Playing an active role as part of the location's management team, the Parts Manager sets a tone consistent with company values, the highest standards of business ethics and a commitment to fair treatment and respect for company staff. Promote a culture of success, innovation, and teamwork.

 

• Lead and motivate a talented team of Parts employees to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Manage inventory, ensure stock levels are maintained, and optimize our parts purchasing processes.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused department.
• Resolve customer concerns with tact and professionalism, ensuring a top-tier service experience.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and dealership suppliers to streamline operations and exceed expectations.
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required
• Any other items, as directed by the General Manager.

What We're Looking For:

 

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or dealership environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage inventory, set sales targets, and maintain effective processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and coaching.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts (RV or automotive experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and flexibility to work outside normal hours.

Compensation:$55,000-$75,000
