Position: Consolidation Supervisor - Days
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Shift: Days, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:
- Provide ongoing support and training to consolidators, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of special orders.
- Ensure Replen orders are packed and consolidated between bulk and lane areas with correct store and DG labeling and organized for the shipping team.
- Communicate with the Outbound Manager - L1 when additional resources are required to maintain the set standard or give help to other areas if caught up.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Picking Supervisors and or Dashboard Lead to ensure that the picked stores are closed in AutoPart, prepared, and staged for shipping.
- Work with the Shift Leads to ensure there is coverage for breaks and sick call ins.
- Train new employees and have a succession plan.
- Report their teams' lines per hour packed and encourage the team to address inefficient set up or processes.
- Ensure their team members take their breaks and return from them at their assigned times.
- Look for any unsafe practices or work areas, correct their behaviours and report them to a Safety Committee member.
- Ensure the team has all tools required to do their work efficiently IE Toner, paper, store labels, DG labels, machine and hand wrap, pallets and totes.
- Ensure that skids are built to maintain product stability and integrity during storage and transport. Oversee the assembly to meet compliance requirements and prevent damage during handling and shipping processes.
- Manage workforce allocation to cater to the varying workloads across all consolidation lanes. Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet operational demands without compromising efficiency, accuracy and quality.
- Serve as a lead resource for completing TDG labelling, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for the handling and shipping hazardous materials.
- Identify and investigate mis-picks and accuracy issues within the consolidation process. Coordinate with other departments to promptly address and resolve these concerns.
- Conduct bin checks and reconciliation processes in consolidation areas to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all incoming store transfers.
- Keep current with product knowledge.
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to the Outbound Manager - L1.
- Other duties as assigned.
Do you fit the part?
- At least 2 years of warehouse lead experience.
- Familiar with RF scanners, Conveyor systems and leading the work of others.
- Requires the ability to work with basic computer applications.
- Good math skills and attention to details.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Requires the ability to be organized, multitask and solve problems.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.

Pay range $25 - $35 /hour, based on experience
