Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. This role combines leadership in managing sales operations with the expertise to handle both prime and sub-prime customer credit applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an efficient, profitable sales department, achieving daily, monthly, and yearly sales and gross objectives
- Train, mentor, and support team members, ensuring consistent use of company software and successful sales techniques
- Analyze sales statistics to monitor team performance and develop new strategies to enhance results
- Manage and advise on prime and sub-prime customer credit applications, including financial analysis and credit approval processes
- Prepare credit approval packages, manage credit portfolios, and ensure compliance with lenders' programs and regulations
- Communicate with customers, department heads, and lenders, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
- Monitor and mitigate risks within credit portfolios, including payment defaults and covenant compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in loan and sales operations
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of management and sales experience in the motorsports or automotive industry
- Strong sales, customer service, and leadership skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit approval, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of federal and provincial regulations related to credit and loans
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude
Work Conditions:
