What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Video Advisor, you'll be the face of Steele Ford's service department, ensuring every customer feels confident and informed throughout their vehicle service experience:

 

  • Listen to customers' descriptions of vehicle symptoms and assess repair needs.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and clarifying details.
  • Provide cost estimates by calculating materials, supplies, and labor.
  • Prepare repair orders (ROs) with detailed descriptions of issues and required services.
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, addressing concerns, and obtaining approvals.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle issues and solutions.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge by participating in training and staying up to date with industry trends.


What We're Looking For

We want team members who are passionate, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact:

 

  • At least three years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-driven environment.
  • Excellent organization and learning skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable abstract.
